Polar makes some. They have a belt worn around the ribcage, below the
breast/chest. A watch is worn on the wrist. The belt is adjustable to all.
I don't know how much they cost or how to buy one. My health
club allows members to "borrow" them for a work out session. They
are a real eye opener.
