<< have a bity 5 yr old saddlebred gelding named journey.
Journey was in a cpral full of studs, himself included till he was 4, then
gelded after we bought him and broke to ride, he still has that bity stud
behavior around oher horses and me, i have the bruises to prove it, any
ideas
on how to deal with this problem >>

An old timer once told me to bake a potatoe..nice and HOT, place it where the
horse bites (arm, shoulder, etc..padding yourself) and let the horse bite
it..it will cure him once and for all.

Not a joke..I'd plan to spend time with this horse and be ready for his bites
and slap him HARD every time. I've gotten so mad when a horse did it to me
that I bit him back..right on the muzzle..almost drew blood I was so
mad...Guess what, it worked!!
