I had a funny experience with this. I bought a new horse, trailered him
home from IN to MO (many hours!) and he would NOT come out! (This seems to
be an Arab thing?)
Anyway, I solved the problem EASILY and sure wish I'd thought of it sooner
(we tried for two hours to get him out). You know how you put a rope
around their butt to get them in? Put a rope around their chest! It
worked like magic for us!
