Teddy, please don't shoot the messenger!!!! I was only pointing something
out that is happening, not trying to start a war!!:-)
I am not sure of the details, but I think that it is given to more than
one, and has to be based on other criteria. Again, I am not sure of this.
I have not ever nor will I ever be in the running for this. Just pointing
out something.
