Please be careful here. With 2 degrees in Physiology of Exercise, a degree in
the arts and a number of years service as a vet tech on the track, I hardly
consider myself in this category, and due to familial costraints, I find that
LD is the majority of what I am able to ride. I also have arthritis, which
can be limiting in itself. I am well acquainted with a number of people in
the same situation - their families come first. In addition, it is not too
unusual to see riders in the upper mileage rides who are in the category of
ignorant,s ometimes dangerously so. Please watch those kinds of
generalizations. They are only that, IMH & HO!
