Region 5 of California State Horsemen's Association is presenting a program titled
"Sport Psychology for Riders" where Timmie A. Pollock, PhD. will teach techniques such
as goal setting, relaxation, and imagery to help you ride successfully.
The date of the event is Feb. 1 and it takes place at Summit Farms in Alamo, CA. The
cost is $25 for adults and $15 for kids.
The event is a fund raiser for Region 5's horsemastership program and the
queen/ambassador program where juniors can win educational scholarships worth up to $400
in 10 different divisions.
