Has anyone tried the new Sports Medicine Girths? I've just bought one for
Jihad, and since we don't start back with him till next week I was wondering
what you all thought about it. It is made of of neoprene on the girth part,
and the part that the buckle hooks to is nylon. You can detach the girth
part from the nylon buckle part for cleaning. The girth is attached with
velcro to the buckle part. If you don't use this type of girth, what type
do you use and why:}?
Also, I am currently working on an on-line trail riders magazine, with
actual articles you can read without a subscription!!! I was thinking of
offering free adds too. So I will let you all know when it is online. I am
aiming at mid Feb. The topics will be, Training Corner, Great Trails,
Camping Tips, Great Layover Spots, Shoeing Corner, Equine Care, and Sales
Corner. If any of you would like to submit to the Great Trails I would
appreciate it. I am looking for favorite trails, all over the usa. Info
provided would be directions to get there, level of difficulty, type of
terrain, amenities for horses and humans, length of trail, seasons it is
open, and a scenic description. If any of you can think of something I left
out that you'd like to see please email me privately so we don't clog the
list up.
