The best stretching and strengthening stuff _I_ know of is yoga. It
also helps with balance, stamina and posture, which most riders can
benefit from, so that we can let our horses get more enjoyment from this
riding thing we do. I take a class because I don't like to *do*
exercises, and once I get there it's *awesome*!
