Pasta is correct--any carbohydrate will do, but more concentrated carbs can
be fed in smaller quantities. "Loading" refers to feeding about 1/3 more
carbohydrate energy for a period of 4-5 days to stack the muscle cells with
glycogen.

MSM is a useful anti-inflammatory nutrient. Flex-Free is a brand name for
Vita-Flex's chondroitin sulfate product. Oral chondroitin sulfates tend to
ease inflammation in joints while encouraging cartilage repair. They are part
of a family of cartilage components known as glycosaminoglycans (GAGs).
Glucosamine is another.
