Well, think I have done it without thinking about it...just seemed
logical...goes with the saying "a horse should enter a competition with good
weight and enthusiasm" ...SOOOO, a few days off in pasture combined with
steady amount of feed (no slack off-they usually need to gain weight
anyway..sure wish that was MY problem.) I have rarely had a horse 'out of
gas", but then again, I rarely go THAT fast.
Teddy...experience has been my best teacher...I learn WELL from my OWN
mistakes.
