To clarify a little based on my responses (thank you to all!)
The soaking of the foot is to try and draw out the abscess if there is
one, not for the bow tendon. Vet doesn't think it is really bowed but
may be an infection in there. Its been 4 weeks since he went lame. If
there is an abscess...how long can this take before it reveals itself.
Whats the longest anyone knows of an abscess ouching a horse before it
is revealed?
