But aren't we looking at a subjective judgement each and every time
a horse comes into a vet check? I have read posts and heard (and seen)
first hand what can happen when someone feels as if they were slighted by
the vet, or held up for 3 minutes because the vet had to answer someone's
question, or even -dare they- get a drink of water. Each and every time
it's a judgement call...and those are just vet checks, multiple all those
judgements by all the riders going for the big bucks, at every check -- I
just can't see it going smoothly.
