Flame-bait - Beware!

I really, really think that the members of this list should
continue to discuss $$$, AERC Rule 13, nutrition, conditioning,
what ever else we want to discuss and just *ignore* this
person. We have *never* *ever* had posts like this before.
Yes, people disagree, and sometimes say things rashly...

But these posts are carefully planned and thought out. These
are an example of what is called "flame-bait" on other lists
(that I don't read anymore 'cause of that).

Flame-bait are posts that supposedly answer someone's question,
etc., but are crafted to really make the person angry, put
them down, be sarcastic, often ending with a cheery "Have
a very nice day", or some such phrase that doesn't remotely
fit the rest of the context of the post.

You've made your point, Tracy, please back off.
