Teddy,

What's "Abnormal?" Usually rules define there technical terms. For
example, here in Oregon the term "Under the "influence" means you blow a
.08 or more into the breath analyzer. The current AERC drug rule lacks
such definitions.

Let's throw another log on the fire. AERC Rule 13 generally states
that one can't use normally occuring substance in abnormal amounts FOR
THE PURPOSE OF ENHANCING PERFORMANCE.

What if we don't care about winning and the purpoae of
MSM/FlexFree/etc. is to help our horses have long and healthy endurance
careers? In other words, NOT TO ENHANCE, BUT RATHER MAINTAIN.

Does the rule still apply?
