I think rides with cash awards should run separate from AERC, even if
they follow AERC rules. The possibility of a correspondingly higher
entry fee would stop the equality of all riders having financial ability
to enter (I thought YOU COULD HAVE A CASH AWARD as the rules stand now
if you had a ride steward, I ran into this rule back when I had my
problems with the Celebrate Idaho. Or is this an IAHA rule? I can't
remember.)
