What you're talking about here is applied science vs politics. Image, in
general, has nothing to do with "truth". As anyone can tell who has read my
stuff, I have absolutely no concern with "image". I want the truth. If I
can't get the truth because someone is concerned about image, then I'll go
out and find it myself. The pursuit of image leads to all sorts of
misinformation being dispensed by the intellectually and morally challenged.
