endurance digest question

Why is it that sometimes we get the endurance digest and sometimes we donšt? Does anyone else have this problem. For instance, I know Išve missed #29 and 33, plus 39. This morning the only one in my mailbox was one titled ???. After scanning the contents, I know Išm missing at least one other.

Any explanations, or iis it trouble at this end?
