The special ingredient in rice bran is gamma oryzanol--it's anabolic. There
are a number of rice fat products out there that cause a very noticable
increase in lean muscle mass. I believe this is what you're seeing with
Natural Glo and other such rice products. Rice bran should also deliver this
nutrient, but may require more volume for the effect--don't know.
