Need Ideas for clinics and speakers

Help.
As a long time officer for our local trail club I'm running out of ideas
for speakers and programs. I would like to hear what other trail riding
groups have been doing. We are also interested in new ideas for clinics.
While the heart of our group is trail riding (pleasure and competitive),
our members are active in everything from hunting to team penning. We do
not have big budget for speakers, so we try to rely on our local talent or
folks from Virginia.
This past year we have worked our way down the horses back. We've had
lectures by vets on anatomy and back/hock related problems. We had a
saddle fitting clinic with Sharon Saare, and just last week we had an
Equiscan demo. We've also had a clinic/mock ride re: NATRC rules.
