Linda and all,
Maybe this is a real wake-up call to us. I also have strong feelings about
cheaters, liars and rip-off artists, and I can tell you this - SUsan had
better make certain that we don't miss a single issue - we are on the lookout
due to the totally unprofessional management of an otherwise fine magazine.
And as a personal aside -
Susan, as a Christian with strong values and ethics and a real sense of
responsibility for what we promise to do personally and professionally, we
RESENT your continual use of scripture in your magazine, as though to
represent that Christian behaviour includes, shoddy workmanship, lying amd
downright larceny, which is what it amounts to when a client has PAID for a
service or product and then fails to RECEIVE it. Either start conducting
your business in a manner that Christ would be proud of or stop using His
word as some kind of inference that you operate a highly ethical business. I
can only imagine that, due to the level of complaints on a regular basis (and
your bewildering excuses) that either you are not up to the task or else
there is deliberate misconduct - it must be one or the other. We have
overlooked 5 missing issues in the past - we will not overlook anymore.
Steph, I am not really sure if this is the BEST forum for this, but since
this mag is really popular IN CONTENT with so many of our list members, I
think it should be addressed before we get another season of complaints AND
excuses from Susan such as we had last year. That went on for over 2 weeks as
I recall. There are not many periodicals for our sport, and it is wise to
keep them reputable
