I voted for the law. It exempts mouse and rat traps. It also allows a
rancher a 30 day leg-trap "season" IF he's tried and can't get the Coyotes
with a gun.

I think it was a well thought out piece of legislation. Other similar
amendments has failed for the past 20+ years. They were not as reasonably
written.
