Unsanctioned 5-day rides

In order to sanction a 5-day in AERC, the ride must first be approved
by committee, then must be voted before the board. Regional Sanctioning
Directors cannot sanction a 5-day ride. They can sanction up to a 3-day.

Personally, I would not waste my time, $ and horse on a non-sanctioned
ride.
