Thank-you for the conditioning information. Actually I am about
half way through the book you mentioned, and I agree it is very good. I
look forward to further conditioning information.
Question: you mentioned total miles/week but didn't say how many
total miles/week were ideal - is it different if preparing for different
length rides? And, do you know what exactly is meant by LSD (long slow
distance), I'm still not clear.
