i received some great replies, very reassuring, and
next week (when I'm really here back at work, will
summarize them and post to the group. I think they
will be of interest to all, and a number of people
asked that I do that.
In the meantime, Redbud has been just fine, I will
be taking him to a ride in 2 weeks, it is tougher
than the ride this weekend, so I decided to take
my mare to this upcoming one instead.
What a shame I have to come back to work now! There
are 6 rides in the next 3 months I plan to attend,
there have only been 2 while I was off work this summer
that I could get to! I did get lots of conditioning
time in though....
