Lori, just back from vacation, so if there have been 2000 replies already,
please forgive me...

Right before vacation, I bought a pair of Ariats - I have ridden for several
years in tennis-shoe type (Miller's Heels Down) but they were pretty much
worn out. Anyway, I have *never* ridden in anything so comfortable than the
Ariats! Absolutely no break-in time, no foot numbness, no blisters, also
spent time on ground scrambling over rocks up a steep hill (this at home
in our S. Ohio hills right before we left on vacation). They are very
good on the ground too.

I don't think I'll ever ride in anything else again. I bought a pair
of Competitors, and then a pair of Freestyles. The Freestyles at $79
are only $10 more than the Heels Down.
