I know of two good ways to keep HRM electrodes in place with a neoprene girth.
One is the suggestion from Roger Rittenhouse to use Dr. Scholl's Moleskin.
The other - the one I prefer - is to cut an old tube sock in sections to make
sleeves that can slip over the girth. Turned inside-out they have little
loops that work great with the velcro hooks on my electrodes. Then it doesn't
hurt to also loop the wire around the girth. I actually tie my wire to the
dee-ring on the girth. A more expensive but classier version would be to use
wrist sweatbands that come in lots of colors...
