Sandy,

A couple of riders have shortened the flaps or cut them off completely on the
Sports Saddle. The original saddle had no flaps; it worked for me but many
complained about the rigging rigs hurting them - thus the flaps. Actually,
the stirrup placement has affected the "bunching up" of the flap - seems
further forward results in more bunching. This is just a theory derived from
customers observations.

Secure your electrode to your neoprene cinch with a velcro band. Equine
Performance Products may be able to sell you just the band - 1-916-933-5538.
In an emergency - duct tape will work!

Not everyone needs a breast collar and/or crupper with the Sports Saddle.
It depends on the horse's build. I have a gelding that requires neither
piece of tack and a mare that requires only the breast collar, but only when
in the mountains.

Thanks for your feedback!
