[endurance] Does anyone remember this horse (EAST)?

A friend is looking at a horse to buy. She has been *told*
that a previous owner from GA campaigned him in
endurance and he was one of the top 10 horses on the
East Coast. His registered name is Annette's Sayd. He is
about 12 yrs. old. The owner from GA may have been
named Carlson.
If anyone remembers this horse, please let me know. Do
you think one of the sanctioning organizations (AERC,
ECTRA, NATRC) would have any records on him?
Would they give out any information - i.e. confirm mileage.
