In response to these issues;
If the leads are breaking on the V-MAX, Call us. Insure the leads are WHITE
and not RED in color. The V-MAX leads (WHITE) are 35 pd test pull and do not
break easy if you keep them under the saddle and pad. We have only heard from
a few riders about broken leads. Most due to a mis-hap.

Velcro on electrode. OLDER electrodes over 1 yr had glue problems and we
could not find a glue to hold the velcro. Try SHOE GOOP.
Now, our NEW electrodes are stonger the glue is better, but can still come
undone.
The style with black velcro can be re-glued with standard RTV Sealer Dow
Corning.
The BLUE velcro can be reglued with the waterproof velcro glue and it appears
the RTV sealer also works. We have not had that many (4-5) returned with this
problem.

If this is a real problem, riders should call us. We can only fix a problem
if we know about it. The velcro glue issue has been passed to our electrode
vendors. We believe it is resolved... within reason. There is not a good glue
made to bond carbon-silicon-rubber and velcro (cloth) and hold up to the
use(abuse) we give it.. horse sweat, pulling etc.
We are working on it.
