Your observation about compuserve is borne out by the results of my
attempt to
respond to Vitor Caldeirinha <cenvlop@mail.telepac.pt> of Portugal.
Evidently
Vitor's email is routed via compuserve:

>Subject: Delivery report for message to [104371,2133]

Does anyone have a complaints.department@compuserve.email address?
