Cosequin and Adequan are not listed as drugs. They are classed as a
natural supplement. Kind of like the different supplements that you
might feed such as Dynamite, etc. Since it is something that is present
in the body anyway, it can't be considered as a drug.
I think that lots of people use Adequan, and there has not been a
problem. Hope this helps.
