I am looking for a roommate with a non-aggressive horse to share about an
acre of a tree covered corral fenced with New Zealand (safe) fencing,and a
semi-open stall. There is a small all year arena designed by an Olympic
dressage course designer and access to miles and miles of beautiful trails.
The house is contemporary European design, roommate would have private
bedroom and bathroom, and share kitchen,living and dining room. I am a
teacher and have an Arabian gelding and Dalmation dog. Property is tree
covered, private, located near Redding CA and Lake Shasta. References
required. Security deposit of $500 plus monthly rent of $450 excluding
