Hi Fuchsia - I've been using LMF - Endurance Formula for a couple
years now. I only feed it to the horses that are working/competing.
It doesn't make my horses any hotter than theay are normally as
long as we keep a regular work schedule. They got much hotter when
I used grain and corn oil. I feed about 8 lbs/day . Plus free choice
grass hay and/or pasture. It's a 7% fat formula, so it does help keep
the weight on, but I still have trouble with weight. I think I'm going
to start supplementing with rice bran (20% fat) as well.
