I also carry a pill bottle full of stuff. All different kinds of pain
killers and other comfort meds. Then I stuff the bottle full of cotton,
otherwise with all the bouncing the pills turn to powder and get all mixed
together.

As I've been putting together my stuff I decided to put together a small
pill bottle of various items I may want. I emptied out one of the real
small tylenol bottles and replaced it with a little tylenol, ibuprofen,
tums,peptobismal, lactaid, midol... you get the idea. Just like 2 caplets
of each.
Thought I'd share.
Also, received the Pedometer this week. Also should be receiving my very
own Skito pad today. I'll be trying the stuff out this weekend and let you
know!
