I was in charge of the US Endurance Team in 1992 when we went to Spain. That
was the last year we were responsible for our own transportation as in 1994
for Holland the USET took care of transportation.

Both we and the USET relied on the commercial shipping company to keep us
informed as to what is required to ship to Europe. It varies considerably
from country to country and year to year. I would suggest you contact a
shipper to get the information you need. There are several, but we and the
USET use William Barnes Agency, 908-232-7650.

If you already have a shipper or airline in mind and can't get information
from them, find someone else. If you still need information directly from the
USDA, I can try to track down some sources for you, but try the shipper first.

Hope this helps.
