Sure - as long as I can read it.
It will help if they are thorough...
ride date(s), state, closest town, nearest city, ride name, distances,
directions, general ride info, sanctioning organization (aerc, ... ).
Manager name, street, city, state, zip, phone
And, a self-addressed, stamped envelope will help me so I can send them back
a copy of what I've produced...
