It is true that the pre-entry fills up fast. They want - if it is not already
- to make this the premier 100-mile ride in the East and hold space to get as
many 100's as possible. Last year I sent our 50-mile entry in early March but
got a note back saying it was full and that we were on a waiting list. Since
most of my riding buddies did not get in either, I called and told them to
take us off the waiting list. In late April they called to say that there
were some openings and we went after all. So, to cut this short, send in your
entry, especially if it is a 50- or 100-mile. You probably will get in if you
want.... Oh yeah, we had 73 in the 50-miler, 40-something in the 100 and
20-something in the LD ride, which fits the 150 limit that Nina Lee
mentioned....
