Does anybody have any gems to share about horse-related back injuries.
I was out riding in an Open Space Reserve at dusk, and next to the
trail was a deep ditch with bushes and as we trotted by, a bunch of
ducks flew out and my horse pulled an indescribable gyration that left
my lower back in a million knots. I think I would have been less
injured had I fallen off. I could barely get out of bed this morning,
I'm walking around like an old lady and I'm only 27. Do any of you
have to deal with a chronically injured back and are there certain
exercises you've found beneficial? Back supports?

Please answer off line and I'll summarize worthwhile advice for the
list.
