[endurance] Proposed Non-Coverage of Equestrian Events

It has come to my attention that NBC may not plan to cover the equestrian
events during the upcoming Atlanta Olympic Games. On a dollar spent basis
American Equestrians surely spend many fold the ammount say competitive
swimmers might. There is a huge market you are certainly overlooking. In
Europe televison coverage of competitive Non-Racing equestrian events is
as extensive as any other sport other then Soccer. I personally feel it an
outragous miscarriage of intelligent programming to air, what we feel to
be extremely minor sports, and ignore Dressage, for instance, a sport with
millions of devoted followers. I like many the mentioned millions will
surely find an equestrian blackout cause to boycott your overall coverage
of the '96 Olympic games and more pointedly your sponsors. Of course,
making the reason known to them.

Thank you for your time and kind consideration.
