Please consider this. The horse industry is a BILLION dollar industry in
this country. There are millions of horse owners/riders/youngsters just
wishing to be in this country. The three day eventing and the endurance
events are at LEAST as interesting as a curling event of the past.
Biathalon- now how many people do you know that want to be one when they
grow up?
There are many obscure sports that have had more than fleeting coverage in
years past, and I have sat and watched, hoping that I might get a glimpse of
a horse and rider. We are becoming competitive in this country on an
international level, in all aspects of equine endevors, and I am sure you
would have many more viewers than you would ever think, for this obscure
BILLION DOLLAR sport.
