Last year I did a ride (50) on the first weekend in Nov and had to
immediately leave for two and 1/2 weeks in Denver for work. I had planned
to do the Carolina 100 three weeks later. I was sort of worried since that
ment three weeks layoff before a 100. She did fine on three weeks rest.
