[endurance] Hard Keepers

I have a hard keeper that lost about 200 lbs after I shipped him from
CA to WA and kept on losing through the next four months. He had no
worm problems, his teeth were fine and he wasn't being worked too
hard. He always seemed to be starving and would not put on weight. I
took some advice from some friends down in CA and started feeding him
Equine Senior. He's only seven, but it did the trick. I could feed
him a lot and never have any problems with getting hot or getting
colic because it's so easily digestible. And he loves it. I know
there are some complaints about feeding molasses on a daily basis, but
if it's between some molasses and my horse being far to skinny, I'd go
with the molasses.
