My experience with easyboots in mud is that they will stay on if they fit
well. I have lost shoes on muddy rides and slapped an easyboot on and they
stayed!! But, I made sure in advance that they fit well and I did tighten
them down as much as possible....involved using my fot to actually force the
clasp that holds the cable down. DO NOT make the mistake I have seen others
do...they figure the metal teech are too harsh, so they flatten them!!! If
you do that, I guarantee they won't stay on.
