Someone recently gave me a tip on getting your horse to drink during
a ride... a few minute before a known watering hole put a dab
of table salt on your horses tongue. I haven't tried it yet, but it
comes from a good source. Let me know if it works for anyone, or if
anyone has any reasons why this isn't a good idea.
