I'll add my 2 cents --
I support AERC, I admire our sport and AERC represents us to the rest of the
world, wherever positive or lacking it represents us also as members - but
with that said -
I don't agree with the increase -- it's way out of line for a fee increase -
and I imagine that the Board had to approve? I dont know the process - but
the reasons and membership discussion would have been appropriate for such a
large increase.
And if we are in 'need' of $funds there are alternatives to just fee
increases - and one of you noted that they were $10 K under and this fee
increase would brin gthem $100k ?? Members already have quite the financial
burden -- is this 44% increase justified?
