Point #2. (I got interrupted!) Increase the entry fee portion which is sent
to AERC. This is fair, and each member pays an increase based upon their
participation. AERC, ARE YOU LISTENING? How many members do you want to lose?
The latest survey shows a decrease in membership since last year. That trend
promises to continue with this increase in fees. Opinions?
P.S. You know, I can't believe that no one from AERC is on the Net. So why
are they not responding? sandy
