7/8 Arabian for sale (1/8 QH) 13 years old, gelding, palomino, 15.3 hands
(honest) was VA high point halter champ as a two year old back when the
Crabbet lines still had some sway!
Sire: Heritage Sahib (almost all Crabbet)
Dam: MOrning Glory (lots of Crabbet too, 3/4 Arab) BOth horses threw lots of
nice babies and he's no exception. We have too many horses and he needs to be
in with an aggressive horse-doesn't like mares or babies. BUT, great as a
buddy for stallions and geldings, great for riding (does nothing bad under
tack), smooth trot (you can sit it easily), and is very well built. Great
feet- he has probably the most hoof I have ever seen on a horse. Loves
people, and doesn't seem to mind tack of any kind. He is registered with
the AERC and IAHA, and completed a 25 mile at Teddy's ride last year. I
can't ride him because I am riding studly now. Does need an experienced
rider, but not a bad actor. Anyway, we are open to a
lease or will sell for $2500. No health problems, all shots, deworming, easy
keeper, etc... hauls, clips, ties, easy for farrier. MOre questions?

Also for lease: 16.3 hand TB gelding, in teens, to lease to good home
only... very special horse. Trained to his ears, was on track to becoming a
Grand Prix horse in 3 day, but punctured his hock. WAs successfully
treated and been completely sound for 5 years. Great mind, bold, honest
horse. Bay, in teens, ok for a beginning rider. Does up to 3rd level-at
least did, I haven't worked much wiht him in the last year... Likes ring and
trail work, likes to jump. Loads, hauls (I think he clips, don't remember
ever having aproblem with him), will let you pull mane, good to farrier,
loves people too. Only TB I know that will come and put his head under your
arm for a hug. Would be great for hacking and teaching youngsters.
