I wanted to relay to everyone what just happened to my Trail Blazer
subscription since it's been so hotly discussed lately. Personally, I hadn't
received any copies for almost ten months. I had called and left messages
and finally wrote a letter. This was just a few weeks ago and I know someone
else online was collecting the experiences of other subscribers to write a
comprehensive list of those also having trouble and send it in to TB. Well,
it worked, because I was sent all the back copies I'd been missing. There
was no note included, but I'm happy and will go ahead and renew for another
year. I hope others will get the same customer satisfication I finally got.
I will be writing a thank you follow-up in the hopes that management will
realize we talk to each other out here and that I'm passing on my good
experience with them.
