Just thought I drop this in for MSM. I feed it as a source of sulphur more than
anything else. It's supposed to occur naturally in pasture and is removed in
the process of making hay or processing grain (MSM that it).

Now what would be considered a mega dose of MSM as far as the AERC is
concerned? I feed at 1 gm a day.

Here's some more anecdotal evidence. One of my retrievers has ARFrithis really
bad. MSM seems to have cured it completely. Could be coincidence. He was on
half an asprin a day to no effect. Shortly after starting him on a 1/3 tsp of
MSM a day (about 2 weeks) his limping stopped.

Tried it on myself before I tried it on the dogs and horses. Am undecided but
it seems to have helped my allergies (particularly bad when handling hay), but
who knows? Doesn't seemed to have hurt anything that I can tell.
