Re: [RC] Renagades - Dream Weaver

So come on folks give me the dirt- are they really as good as they seem?
Sue Aldis Simpson

Sue - I didn't have any trouble using Renegades initially, but now after doing more than 2500 miles in them they have only gotten easier and easier and they seem pretty ridiculously easy to me.

Your perception of "how good are they" will depend upon what your expectations are.  You won't find any boot that is as easy on the rider as having shoes nailed on their horse.  Problems may also be encountered when a horse doesn't have a healthy natural bare hoof -- in those cases most will have issues of some sort.  The whole issue of using boots is a lot more complex than in choosing a particular boot.

If you really want to know what issues I've encountered while using Renegades, it's all been put down in my blog.  Usually in individual ride reports.  When something doesn't work right I write about it and usually try to include some reasoning as to why and what I've done to eliminate the problem in the future.  I usually don't have very much to write about in regards to problems with my Renegades, so there isn't a lot to report on that front.  I'm pretty happy with them.
